Delete your data
Kam De? keeps your jewelry box on your phone. We have no copy on our servers, so there is nothing for us to delete. You are in control. Here is how to remove everything.
1. In the app (easiest)
- Tap the profile button at the top right, then Delete my account and backup.
- This deletes the backup in the hidden Kam De? folder in your Google Drive and signs you out.
- Tick Also erase the jewelry box on this phone if you want the pieces, photos and alerts on the phone removed too.
2. Without the app
- Delete the Drive backup: open Google Drive on a computer, go to Settings, then Manage apps, find Kam De?, open Options and choose Delete hidden app data.
- Remove Kam De?'s access: open your Google Account, then Security, then Third-party apps and services, choose Kam De? and select Delete all connections.
3. On your phone
- Uninstalling the app, or clearing its storage in your phone's settings, removes everything saved on the phone: your pieces, photos, invoices, alerts and settings.

احذف بياناتك
يحتفظ كام دي بصندوق مجوهراتك على هاتفك. لا توجد نسخة لدينا على خوادمنا، فلا يوجد ما نحذفه نحن. الأمر بيدك، وإليك طريقة إزالة كل شيء.
1. من داخل التطبيق (الأسهل)
- اضغط زر الحساب في الأعلى، ثم احذف حسابي ونسختي الاحتياطية.
- يحذف هذا النسخة الاحتياطية في مجلد كام دي المخفي في جوجل درايف، ويسجّل خروجك.
- حدّد امسح أيضاً صندوق المجوهرات على هذا الهاتف إن أردت حذف القطع والصور والتنبيهات من الهاتف أيضاً.
2. بدون التطبيق
- حذف النسخة الاحتياطية في درايف: افتح جوجل درايف على الكمبيوتر، ثم الإعدادات، ثم إدارة التطبيقات، وابحث عن كام دي، ومن الخيارات اختر حذف بيانات التطبيق المخفية.
- إزالة صلاحية كام دي: افتح حساب جوجل، ثم الأمان، ثم التطبيقات والخدمات التابعة لجهات خارجية، واختر كام دي ثم حذف جميع الاتصالات.
3. على هاتفك
- بإلغاء تثبيت التطبيق أو مسح بياناته من إعدادات الهاتف يُحذف كل ما حُفظ على الهاتف: القطع والصور والفواتير والتنبيهات والإعدادات.
